  Comments: The HT Composite is constructed with durable composite plate sidewalls and steel logistic slotted stiffeners. No single sidewall material can be lightweight while providing the same amount of strength. For Maximum ease-of-repair, the HT Composite sidewall design allows for simple rapid individual side panel replacement without having to remove the stiffeners, resulting in less downtime and increased utilization. This trailer includes the complete HOT-DIPPED GALVANIZATION package including the upper coupler assembly, all cross members, rear door frame (buck plate, light boxes, uprights, entire ICC bumper) to maximize the longevity of the trailer and it's components. This trailer is equipped with the HENDRICKSON VANTRAXX 40K AIR RIDE, air assist pin puller, LP 22.5 low rolling resistance tires, composite swing doors, 6.5" corrugated steel scuff above 6.5" integral scuff, bolt-on ICC bumper, external mounting bracket for gladhand/7-way, all LED lights, 5 hinges per door.
