Albert T. Therrien

Chief Executive Officer

Albert T. Therrien is the Founder and CEO of Transport Services, Inc. He started his career working for new semi-trailer manufacturers before founding Transport Services in 1976 to better serve the needs of the transportation industry in Northeast Ohio. As the company has grown his business philosophy has remained the same. Albert graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Marketing Management. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Adam A. Therrien


Adam Therrien is responsible for leading the company’s growth, vision, and market strategy. Prior to joining the company in 2008, he worked in Real Estate as a Sales Manager and a Director of Marketing. He is a member of the NTDA and Transport Services’ Board of Advisors. Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from John Carroll University. He enjoys watching and playing most sports, working out, coaching his children’s soccer teams, and spending time with his family.

Tom Soggs

Chief Operations Officer

Tom Soggs joined Transport Services in 2012 and is responsible for the operational, administrative, and sales-related functions across all TSI divisions. Tom has more than a decade of experience managing and executing corporate operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Tom enjoys spending time with his family, listening to all sorts of music, following his local sports teams, and staying active outdoors and in the gym.

Rick Musil

Corporate Controller

Rick Musil is responsible for managing the overall finances of the company. He earned his MBA from Ohio University, and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance Management from Hiram College. Rick has more than 10 years of experience as a Controller in various industries, prior to joining Transport Services in 2018. When he is not working, Rick enjoys running, playing a round of golf whenever possible, and cooking for his family. Rick lives in Avon with his wife and two children.

Brian Brooke

Director of Sales

Brian is tasked with growing Transport Services’ four business divisions: Leasing, Sales, Service, and Parts. He is active with the Ohio Trucking Association and the National Private Truck Council. Brian received his B.A. in Communications, with a minor in English, from John Carroll University. He enjoys is an active member in his local parish community, enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Leanne Orange

Human Resources Manager

Leanne Orange is responsible for all human resources functions at the company and has nearly ten years of experience. She earned her Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources degree from Cleveland State University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University. Leanne loves attending concerts of all kinds and living a life filled with adventure. She is always up for a road trip or a weekend getaway to check out somewhere new. Leanne spends the nicer months of the year traveling with her RV, enjoying nights by the campfire and exploring the great outdoors.

Ray Erne

Service Operations Manager

Ray oversees and directs the operations of the Cleveland Service Division. He started his career in the transportation industry working on a freight dock and has had many roles during the 34 years since then, including driver, dispatcher and manager. Ray has lived in Brunswick for the past 28 years, where he and his wife have raised their two children. He is at his best when he is spending time with family and two golden retrievers, and enjoys boating, fishing, cycling, grilling, and hiking.

Steve Prok

Operations Manager

Steve joined Transport Services in 1999 as a member of our Parts Division, before moving to our Rental, Sales, and Operations Team. He is responsible for the daily operations of the four divisions at Transport Services. Steve earned a BA in Business Management and Human Resources from Cleveland State University prior to joining the Conrad Companies sales team.


Stephen Childers

Mobile Service Manager

Stephen is responsible for managing all aspects of our Cleveland Mobile Service Division, including scheduling, quoting and invoicing, as well as managing and helping the Mobile Service Technicians and Diesel Mechanics. Stephen joined Transport Services in 2013 as a Service Technician and was promoted to Mobile Service Manager in 2018. He has more than a decade of experience working as a Diesel/Trailer Technician and has his ASE Certified Diesel Preventive Maintenance and Refrigeration License.

Sam Connelly

Parts Manager

Sam is responsible for the daily operation of the Cleveland Parts Division, including inputting orders, preparing quotes for customers, general monitoring of stock levels and managing warehouse employees. He joined Transport Services in 2015 as a Parts Inside Sales Associate and was promoted to Parts Operations Manager in 2019. Sam lives in Parma with his wife, their two dogs and two cats. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and exploring the various parks throughout the Cleveland area.

Columbus Leadership Team

Mike Bledsoe

Vice President

Mike is the Vice President of the Transport Services Columbus location and is responsible for overseeing the four business divisions at this location. He joined Transport Services in November 2018 when he sold his business (Tra-Serv) to Transport Services. Mike purchased the Mt. Sterling-based Tra-Serv in 1999 and moved the business to Columbus in 2006. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren, enjoying the outdoors, camping and four wheeling.

John Coss

General Manager

John Coss is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and personnel of the Parts and Service Divisions at the Transport Services Columbus location. He joined Transport Services in 2018 through TSI’s acquisition of Tra-Serv. John is certified in AC and general engine repair, gas and diesel. Prior to joining Tra-Serv in 2017, John worked as a Manager at Advanced Auto Parts for 8 years. In his free time, he enjoys working out, fishing and playing pool.

JP Padgett

Body Shop Manager

JP Padgett is the Body Shop Manager at the Transport Services Columbus location. A Columbus native, he joined the TSI family in November of 2018 as part of Transport Services' acquisition of Columbus-based Tra-Serv. JP has more than a decade of management experience in various industries prior to joining Tra-Serv in 2018. In his spare time, he enjoys wook working, building furniture, radio controlled trucks, antique toys, and restoring an old 1939 Chevy pickup.

Jim Stuckey

Mobile Service / Leasing & Rental Manager

Jim Stuckey joined Transport Services in March of 2020. He has 23 years of experience repairing and leasing trailers. Jim is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and personnel of the Mobile Service and Leasing & Rental Divisions at the Columbus branch. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Jim lives in London, Ohio with his wife and two children.

Jeff Levering

Parts Manager

Jeff Levering joined Transport Services in July of 2020, and is responsible for leading and supporting the Columbus Parts Team. Jeff has three years of parts managerial experience and previously worked in the Information Technology field for 15 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, boating, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
