Our Guarantee

Transport Services backs our equipment with a guarantee. Any case of faulty equipment found to not be caused by the current customer’s use, or any necessary repair caused solely by age-related factors will be covered by Transport Services. We will coordinate and pay for authorized repairs to be completed by one of our approved vendors, and in the event that a repair is estimated to exceed more than one business day, a free loaner trailer may be provided to the customer by request.

Physical Inspections

Our lease-rental equipment is inspected and passed both before it is rented out and when it is returned from rent. In addition to ensuring all rental equipment is compliant with DOT standards, our Rental Fleet Manager completes a physical inspection of every trailer to make sure you are never charged for pre-existing damage or wear. This inspection includes measurement of tires and brakes, documenting any scratches and dents, and taking pictures of the inside and outside of the trailer.
